This another of my free form quilling creations. First let me explain what is "Free Form Quilling". Normal quilling have limited format. One has to stick to the limited shapes to make any creations. This name (Free Form Quilling) is given by me. In this method, one can form any shape with quilling and make creations. Because of its free form, I have named this technique, "Free Form Quilling".
